Is it a fair deal or junk?

I knew I had sent this style before ...I would agree I'm pretty sure it's a joss also 68-72, although I can't explain the fact there is nothing on the buttcap other then it's been changed .Can you tell if the joint and windows are ivory ? Karella should be able to verify because he trained under Verl Horn....

Verl Horn was famous for his ivory butt plates like this and ivory joints.

Great find and it's a keeper... But I could wrong. :o

Verl was my first thought on the cue also. 1970 seems too early for a Joss 3/8-10 pin.
 
Not sure but!!!

Joss built Cues with no logo. Looks like 72-74 Joss. It is a quick sale at around 1K.
