Hi all
I have a predator shaft that has a 5/16 joint is it possible to have it changed to a Radial? If so any idea approximate cost?

Ask this in the Ask The Cuemaker area, you'll get prompt, knowledgeable answers.

You shouldn't pay anymore than 35-50 max. Make sure your cue guy is
comfortable working on a Predator. If not done very carefully, the shaft can
form little splits on the inside of the shaft and effect the hit of the shaft.
Its really should be done with a blank, much less risk of ending up with a
throw away.Goodluck

I would personally just sell the one you have, and buy one with a radial pin. That way you know the new shaft will fit your new pin, and you don't have to worry about any of the possibilities of any minor damage like micro-cracks in the glue holding the pie laminates together from changing the threads on the old shaft. That's one of the beauties of production shafts, they're not unique and can are easy to find new replacements no matter what pin

You can get a radial shaft and sell the other for the cost of shipping really.

Put a trade offer on WFS...someone will bite. Lots of Predator shafts out there m
