To start a room with 6 tables and hope of expansion ?Or is it
better to wait and start a room with alot more tables .A friend of
mine called me and laid out an oportunity for me to get a small
room that has 24 yrs in the same spot .It only has 6 tables ???
The way I see that is thats 18-24 an hour running full blast on table
time .......Also would have to get a liquor license ad about 10k
for that or maybe a bit different if you just sell beer ? Just wanted
to see what some experienced room owners thought about this
Rent is around 1000. a month and they have a few vending
machines and a couple of video games as well .Also I am told they
have done well with cue repair ......who knows
