This is my first visit to the Cuemaker's section so bear with my lack of knowledge, please.
I recently purchased a cue that I would like to have 'restored'-that is, replace the bakelite butt and collars with ivory or whatever the heck the inlayed diamonds are. I don't know what it is but I think it would look better ( and apparently how the previous owner received it before trying to lighten the cue, or so he said).
Would anybody be interested in such a job?
Like I said, I've no idea how to proceed but figured there's no better place that I know of, than here, to ask the question.
I'm going to defer to the "only stupid question is the one unasked" adage.
I will email pics of the cue, for an initial evaluation, to any interested party.
Thanks!
Jonny
