Is this a clear plastic/acrylic Brunswick table badge?

Most likely it is a plastic badge, the guy wants to much for the table.
He'll be in the storage business for a long time with his sales approach.

Early good crown ones have the clear table emblem. It's 1962 or 63. The rack would go maybe $300 if flawless. The table with rack and all $1300 is about all it's gonna be worth. Hard to call 1400 pounds of anything collectible anyway.
