Is this Olhausen table a good deal?

I think I can get this 9' black Olhausen with accessories for $1,600 or so. Owner claims he bought the table new 4 years ago from local dealer for $4,500 and paid $2,000 more for accessories. Claims dealer is offering him $1,500 to take it back if no one buys off Craigslist. Good deal?

Looks to be accurately described (that is I visited the Olhausen web site, and it is listed under the Tournement section: Champion Pro 2). When I last knew the approximate retail (delivered and set up) price (3-ish years ago) they were just above $4.5K.

Probably a good table, but not a Dimamond (ProAm) nor Gold Crown in playability.
