Is this type of hit legal?

Stroke Legal or not Legal

Hello.

I am a European Rules Instructor in Pool and the German Head Referee Pool.

In Europe and in Germany the describe movement is not a stroke and so it is not legal.

Also the WPA Rules says, that a stroke has to be a straight movement in the direction of the cue ball.
