Is this work typical of a custom, production, or import cue?

I’ve got this cue. It’s an exact copy of a Bill McDaniel design. It seems well made and has an ivory ferrule.

The cue is not a McDaniel.

I believe the butt cap has been replaced. I could be wrong.

My question is is the way that the butt cap is threaded-on typical of a custom, production, or import cue?

The last picture shows a flaw in one of the windows, would it indicate decals?
