Is Turning Stone A Seeded Event?

I thought TS was unseeded. The reason I ask is that on the ABP (new pro player org) website that they will only sanction seeded events and seeding must use ABP rankings. Does that mean if it's not seeded no ABP member will play at TS? Johnnyt
