The six seeded players, who meet each other in a full competition (Round Robin) and then in two semi-finals and a final are:
Frédéric Caudron (Belgium)
Eddy Merckx (Belgium)
Dick Jaspers (Netherlands)
Marco Zanetti (Italy)
Haeng-Jik Kim (South Korea)
Torbjörn Blomdahl (Sweden).
The six wildcards are Raymond Ceulemans (Belgium), Dani Sánchez (Spain), Sung-Won Choi (South Korea), Semih Sayginer (Turkey),
Pedro Piedrabuena (USA) and Hugo Patino (USA).

I'm not quite sure how this format will be played.
A true round-robin with 12 players amounts to 66 matches, if my calculations are correct.
I think the venue has 2 or 3 tables; so, for seven days they will play an average of about 9-10 matches per day, which means three to five matches per table, per day.
It appears that after the round robin, the semi-finals will have the #1 player against the #4, and #2 will play #3. The winners of those two matches will face each other in the final match.
The details are not clear from the press release.
