I accidentely left negative feedback for Double Dave on a transaction that went PERFECT!!!

Don't know how it happened, but I need to change it to POSITIVE as quickly as possible.

Anyone know how?????

Thanks for posting about it straight away Russ, I don't think it'll cost me any deals but better safe then sorry.
Russ was great to work with, the cue came very (ok extremely) well packed and in perfect shape.
I have clicked the red button for a bad rating, a window popped up where I could write a message (prolly to Azhousepro).

Dave is good

I have had numerous dealings with Dave and am glad to say that all has been absolutely perfect. Russ, The mistake probably happened because you hit your up or down arrow after you clicked good. it is easy to do.:o
Maybe a security box that asked if you really mean to leave a bad rating would be an option.
