What is the maximum cue butt length including the pin that will fit in these cases. Are the custom made so that any length can be ordered?

A 31 in butt and shaft would fit easily. They aren't making them any longer but once inside the lid goes over and there's more room. I'm not sure how much more you could go. My best guess anything over 32 would be pushing it
