When Gulyassy was playing the tours way back when he became friends with Bill Schick and Bill made him a cue. Gulyassy became interested in making cues and he got to know Mike Roberts and Gulyassy made the design for the It's George jump cue, it was fine tuned and marketed as the It's George jump cue. They are pretty uncommon, only Mike probably knows how many were sold, and I still regret not paying the bucks for one a while back when one came up for sale, particulary since I shoot with a George.

I didn't notice you had a George cue. I'll have to check it out next time I see you at the pool room.

Sure thing D. Single owner of 15 years, bought it straight from Mike Roberts.

George Jump Cue

As promised here is a picture of a 93 It's George Jump cue from the catalog.

It kinds of reminds me of the late 80's Schon Jump cue. Of which I saw 20 of them. I should have bought one, but I passed on it. Oh well that's life sometimes. ;)

Bugs.

Thanks Bugs! They came out about the time I started getting out of pool. I appreciate the pic!

I absolutely remember them. Gulyassy played alot of events in the East Tennessee / West Georgia area through the late 80's and early 90's. I think I was obsessed with my Joss at the time so I never picked up on the George trend. Now I crave them.
