Its George info? Was pointed out it's an earlier case by the strap having a metal "hook",not the velcro used on later examples.Any idea of it's age?

“Kinda tuff to say really. If it has what we called the “ postage stamp “ latch I would guess it to be around the time “The color of money “ came out. Mid to late ‘80’s. Up to mid ‘90’s. We had to change the latch when the manufacturer told us the stamping dies had just worn out. Hope this helps. “ -
