Not sure if this is the correct forum but this ball is weird design, it has a black inlay that goes directly through the center of the ball which someone told me meant it was ivory. It came with 2 other balls one red and one cream colored but those balls did not have the black circle going directly through the center, also came with an old triangle brown break ball.

Unfortunately those pics are hard to tell anything. Is there grain to it, like growth rings on a tree? The black spots could be where they filled in where a nerve/blood vessel ran through the tusk. Not sure on that because I'm by no means an expert and I can't see jack in those pictures.
Think you got 3C ball, normal Pool ball 2-1/4’’.
