Ivory Sale in Africa

Interesting stuff. CITES is no joke. I had a buddy who flew to Africa for a hunting trip. He was mailed a letter prior to his departure requesting that he shoot to kill any poachers he encountered while on safari. Talk about aggressive programs to curb the ivory trade!
