j&j shaft insert question

I tried the search function, and did not have much luck finding one. Does anyone know where to find a brass insert for a shaft of a j&j jump/break model 2731 ? Many thanks in advance to all.

You will probably have to salvage the old one, or just buy a new shaft for $30. http://jjcue.com/jjcues_shafts.htm . J&J does not sell the parts and they won't give out any contact information or the actual manufacture overseas.
