Can the weight in a Jack Madden cue be reduced easily?

Mr. Madden informed me most of his cues have a weight bolt.

i have been talking to jack in email.. jack is a great guy... i love my madden cue.. play with it all i can... in my area.. there is about 7 people that have them.. they love theirs too... Jack is more then helpfull and i recomend him to everyone here. he is also a member on the forum.. so dont be suprised if he chimes in...

I should be getting my new Madden cue this week. I'm pretty excited about it. I talked to him last night and told him someone had posted a question here, so he may answer it for you.
