jacking screws

Any mechanics know where I can buy some jacking screws that mount on a vertical surface like those used on Diamond tables. I know there must be a standard hardware item out there that will do this I just don't know how to find it. I am working on a 5x10 and don't want to use wedges to raise the center of the slates. Thx Larry

good luck finding them at a hardware store. how many are you looking for? I do have some that diamond uses, just a few though. Diamond only uses those for the center table adjustments not the perimeter.

Is this what your looking for? they work great for me.

I'am also interested in those Jacking screws. It sure seems like I have seen those before somewhere, maybe hardware at Home Depot. Please tell us where you got them. Thanks Dennis

Nice find looking at the website they even have the ones for Gold Crown 4 and 5. Good post guys thanks for the info.

yes I pm'd Larry this website where I get these and as I said they are better than wood shims, way better. Funny I mentioned these in one of my early posts and was ridiculed about using them.

Guess I missed the thread with them the last time.
Great find and thanks for the link!

I'm always up for learning about another way to improve things.
If it works- it works.
