Jacksonville, FL - Places to Play?

Looking for a pool hall or some decent bar tables in Jacksonville Florida while I am here on business. Can anyone recommend anything? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Wybrook - Both Poolhalls? Can you recommend one over the other?

On Beach Blvd Q Ball Billiards is right near bank Shot Billiards. Thorsten is the pro at Bank Shot. Also there is university billiard club on University Blvd as well as Rack um up. Park Ave is a long way in Orange Park, I have never been there but I have been told there is action. For Bar box games, Pete's at Atlantic Beach near ocean. Q ball is smoke free.

I live here and have been looking for a place other than my house.

Park avenue is the best in jacksonville. Tonight is a decent tournament at park on diamond pro ams.

there is so many to choose from where are you staying and what type of atmosphere do you prefer Food drink smoking Etc., how far do you want to drive from where you are staying? I know them all pretty well:D

Thorsten is not the house pro there any more he does play at Q ball on Beach when he is in town........... Phil ,you have to come out and play more so I can keep you up to date ,but I have a feeling when your table gets done you are not going to want too ;)
 
I was in JAX a few weeks ago on business and went to Q-Ball. Stayed in JAX beach and this is real convenient. 8foot and 9foot tables; also a snooker table. Smoke free. Had beer specials that were great. Didn't eat so can't comment on that. Wasn't looking for action, so can't comment on that either. Clean. Would definitely go back.

Bank Shots is real close on same road.
