James Hanshew Jump Cues

Does anybody know how to get ahold of James Hanshew? Phone goes straight to voicemail and rarely replies to text. He’s had my jump cue for about 3 months now for a repair and I just cannot get thru to him. If anyone knows how to reach him please let me know.
