The Japan Open starts later today and runs for the next 3 days. Mens division is 10-Ball, womens division is 9-Ball.

They have put up an English PDF file with some details that change during the event along with the payoffs:

Also a link for the mens side that includes over 250 players from Japan. Works fine with Google translate. There are also groups from Korea and Philippines that include Carlo Biada, Lee Van Corteza and Antonio Lining. The lone player from the USA is Rodney Morris:

Noticed on that PDF file that they are playing at a different venue each day. That and the women don't start until tomorrow. Stream might not start till then but keep checking. Sometimes they start the stream later in the day.
