Hi, i just built my first cue recently on a wood lathe i might add for all those people that think its impossible it isnt, just dont expect a proffesional looking cue by the end of it.
The shaft on the cue i made out of Jarrah which is an Australian Hard wood with a straight grain and i was just wondering weather it even makes a good shaft wood? it seems to have worked so far and i think it plays nice but do the stats check out

Thanks Joel
