Will be there more interest if I add that the tip is Hirano?
You get to try it out.
I heard about them a few months ago and I wanted to try them out and give a review of them. I have used almost every brand on my cue's and am always looking to find and try new ones. I started with le=pro I was mad it broke appart, I got a kamui black and since then I have suck to kamui black and brown/II..
Back to the point the hirano tip is no good, I had a soft, it is made of 4 layers that are untreated which is good. But after almost every rack it would start to mushroom, and scuffing it was closer to a lepro big pieces skined off it. Personally I do not like these tips, I may try them again on another cue just because I got a deal on 2 one soft and one med.
Just my 2cents, not bashing the tip, its a decient tip with a good hit, but not high quality.
