jeff is a really good player, few months ago there was a tournament that many top pinoy players joined and he topped the tournament, defeating lee van corteza in the finals
 
Best thing about that break is the control paired with the speed. I think he has the best power break out.
 
I saw Jeff's break a few years ago at One Side in Manila. His break of the balls was ear splitting. He is indeed a great player. He can really spin the ball. There are many great pinoy players most of us have never heard of.
