I just wanted to give props to Jerry Powers who makes Jerico Cues out of Texas. I have a nice Purpleheart Stinger that was making a really wierd noise and sounded like something was loose. I called him and he told me to send it to him. He checked it out and thought it was probably the tip but couldn't find anything loose.
He ended up upgrading my tip/ferrule combo to his newest and latest for free and I couldn't be happier. Not only did he pay to ship it back and upgrade my cue for free this was on a cue that was bought over 2 years ago. It was just great to see a cuemaker who answers his phone himself and stands behind his product for a lifetime. Don't hesitate to deal with Jerry.
