Jerry Rauenzahn has ben at cuemaking 30+ YEARS, he is one of those under rated, little talked about cuemakers.
I have had cues from both. Can't go wrong with either. Jerry has a quicker compliation time.

It's an incredible cue,,,the workmanship is second to none and I have some awesome cues,,
The hit is solid and the shafts are glass smooth,,,
Jerry R can craft anything you desire at a very fair price and he's a great guy to deal with....no B.S.. and when he promises you a cue on a certain date, start walking to your door,,the cue will be there...

Have had the same Jerry cue since 1993. Wouldn't have any other. At my request he did make me a second shaft about 5 years ago. A gentleman and a fine craftsman.

I have a "Plain Jane" Raunenzahn cue with the "R" on the butt. (I think he signs them now). A very nice cue I've played with for many years.
Jerry Rauenzahan cues are made in Warren, Pennsylvania; a small town just Southeast of Erie PA. and are known to be very high quality cues.
Never seen or hit with a Mark Bear cue, but have heard good things about them.
