Jerry Rauenzahn

Why tell the Pool internet world that you feel you bought Green lemon- Call Troy figure Out what You want Done and then Have -R- refinished, I'm sure he'd rather hear it from you not on the internet giving him a chance to. Is this how business works air the laundry on the net or message box. would the red one really satisfy you eric? mark

u cant fault eric for posting about the flaws. it's not like he was blaming them on troy and bashing him. he's simply stating the problems he has with the cue. there is nothing wrong with that, if it is as eric says and jerry let the cue out early then that would be jerry's fault and not eric or troy's. if u check some of the old threads u'll see tony zinzola cut one of his cues in half after having completed it.
tony felt there was a problem in the forearm and instead of letting it go and fixing it later, he decided to scrap it and fix it now. if what eric is saying is true, jerry took the other approach and released the cue before it was ready to be released. as such, he should expect to have someone comment on this and it wouldnt be the buyer's fault for bringing up these issues.

if u check older threads u'll see jerry made some other mistakes like this before, namely on a titlist conversion cue that the buyer was not happy with. this is what happens when a cue is released to the buyer when it's not ready. it would be wrong to expect no one to comment about the cue when there are some problems with it. eric did it in a constructive manner as well so i dont see why u're jumping all over him.

thats 100000% correct, its a review forum not a kiss the cue makers ass forum. I call it as I see it, and as I said, I'm not the least bit upset about it, I love the cue-Alton made kick ass caps for it. I will have pics for it when I get it back.

We all make mistakes, some people expect too much, some dont know ortherwise. One thing I will awalys do is call the shot when I know I'm right, and shut up if i'm not sure. Keeping it real-thats all,

thanks

Dank

best
Eric:)
