Jester Jump Cue

There is none.

It just has longer tapered handle that is said to allow you to more easily aim down the shaft.

It's an ultralight jump cue, weighing the same as the cue ball (6 oz) in the long configuration and 4 oz in the short configuration. Basically, it's great for shorter jumps and getting the cue ball up and down quickly, but a bit more difficult for longer jumps (blocking ball 1.5-2 diamonds away or more) will require more effort which could lead to a loss of control. I tried it and sold it.

I like mine...

But it's very true, it's only good for the shortest of jumps, I use it very sparingly, and my other jumper gets more playin time...

I have the Jester, it is an excellent jump cue for close jumps using the dart technique without the extension. All other jumps it's just average. I use my Omen J/B on all jumps except when I jumping a ball that is about 1” away, that’s when I use my Jester. IMHO, the Jester jump cue is a one-trick pony, so to speak.
