Here are a couple of inexpensive cue options. Just making some room for a couple of cues I have coming soon!!!
Jim Buss - It is a plain 4-pointer and the butt is warped a little. Cue still plays good and would make a great inexpensive player. Would take $250 shipped in US just to move this one. Let me know if you have an interest and I can send you any other specifications you might want
The warp seems to be right at the top of the handle or maybe in the forearm. When I roll it on the table, the joint lifts about a credit card thickness off the table. 1.234 at base of buttcap, .827" at Joint, Butt weighs 14.55oz, Shaft weighs 3.85oz and is a little warped too. Shaft is 12.4mm. This cue actually plays pretty good and that is about as cheap as it gets for a Jim Buss, even if it is a little warped. Wrap is not great and you would probably want to get it redone. Also dark spot int he wood below the wrap.
Olivier - Hustler with a Cocobolo band at the base of the butt. This cue is pretty straight and plays good. I actually played with this cue exclusively for about a year, but it has been just sitting in a case for the last 4-5 years collecting dust. There are a couple small dings, and a chip in the clear but is pretty small. I can send higher resolution pictures of either of these cues if someone is really interested. I would take $250 shipped in the CONUS for this cue as well. These are Extremely fair prices for good playing cues from "Custom" cue builders.
Let me know what questions you might have!!!
