In the past I have vented some fustration with Jim's detail, and time frames of his work. I wanted to let everyone know that I think Jim is an honest person and has had some life hurdles ,and a few bum deals in the past that maybe if both parties were to step back and look at the situation there may have been an easier solution. I am one that didn't step back, and got aggervated and probably should have just spoke with Jim and we could have came to a reasonable solution. He has taken our issues with each other and with some phone calls and texts has made everything right on his end and probably way beyond. I know there are some hardcore *****s on this site, and this thread is not for you, This thread is for folks that have some reason and if they are willing to work things out Jim is very open on his end to make reasonable situations right. Thank you Jim for shaping our issue up, and going way beyond great customer service.
