The racks are designed and machined in our shop in TN. They are made from 6061 aluminum and given a powder coat protective finish.
We have not yet advertised the racks, so most of our sales have been local.

Our racks have been a favorite of the straight pool players due to their slim design with their sides being right around 1/4" thick.

Inventory is currently low but we have a batch returning from powder coat Friday that will be available to ship next week.
Plain black racks are $100 shipped in the lower 48 through December1st.
The designed racks are $120 shipped.

We also have some early designs with a cerakote coating.
They have a matte black finish. The company that coated them did not do a good enough job for us to put them in our store.
The finish is not good enough to warrant full price. On these we can do $80 shipped. Message for availability and pictures.

We have also made some custom racks for a local sports team and pool room so if anyone is interested in personalized racks, let me know.

The first pic shows the current styles available.

The pointed one on the right, could it score the fabric if dropped?
There is a .020" chamfer machined along the outside edge. It gets a bit more rounded with the roughly .003-.005" thick powder coat.
A local room has been using them on their tables since July and has not mentioned any issues.
I imagine if a corner is slammed onto the table it will push down harder than a plastic rack will which could cause a problem.

My first table was a cheap 8' American Heritage with Simonis 760.
I left the light on over the table one night and the plastic shades melted and fell onto the cloth, slicing it clean through.
I had too high wattage bulbs in the light. Lesson learned. Even a light plastic shade can cut cloth.

You make a good point. I will weigh each style and update the info.
Only the non-machined racks have been reported to be heavier than expected.
I suppose that could be due to some having used the light extruded aluminum racks like the Delta in the past.
