Joe Tucker drills

Joe, your one rail position, two rail position and three rail position with inside english are the best practice drills I have ever done. They really get you ready to play! But you say score a hit if any part of the cue ball is over the paper. How about if the ball crosses the paper and finishes within a ball of it or is short by a ball? It is really tough to land on a piece of paper going 3 rails but I am close almost every hit. No hit? "Tell me aint so Joe?"

Joe's drills are tough. When I do his drills a few days in a row I play better. Problem is i'm to lazy to do them much. Johnnyt

I've wondered this too although I don't want to know the answer. I say in the begining if it hits the target or just rolls off, it's good as long as it travels on the correct line that the drill calls for. Then, when you really want to torture yourself get a bullseye target and aim for that.
