I see that same problem. If it were mine, I would have it re-wrapped immediately. That brown wrap on an ebony cue looks bad. IMO Black leather, white with black, black with red, black with white, or Cortland, but no way brown with white. This is a great cue and a very nice change in a gambler style cue.
There is something in the cue that I think is either a great attention to detail, or a lucky accident...The "color" veneers being black and red, ie; the standard color of card suites. But in talking to Joel the few times I have I have to think it was no accident..
