John Guffey cue made by Viking?

I have a friend that has a John Guffey cue and I am trying to help find out how much it is worth. I'm not sure how old it is, but I am guessing 1999 - 2000. It has a birdseye maple forearm with rosewood points and four color veneers. The handle has a linen wrap and the butt is also rosewood with a black cap that has a "JG" on it. I have read that these were made by Viking cues. Can anyone confirm that and let me know about how much it is worth on the used cue market? There is only one shaft, not pictured.
