What gives? On ball 112 he lifted the CB back to the kitchen without allowing the racker to place the rack in position to see if the CB interferes with the racking of the balls? He did some B.S. measurement with an ball he pulled out of the pocket- clear foul when you are using a rack to rack the balls- on borderline calls- if the rack touches the CB when racking- only then is the CB moved. I never have seen where the player himself moves the CB prior to a racker making that determination.
