Somebody on this forum said to watch out for this guy a while back and man you could not have been more correct. I only hope he plays in some of the Joss tournaments so I can see him in person. Been very impressive so far...

DD,

He did really good out here on the west coast. He beat Kim Davenport out of a bunch of money in one hole a year or two ago when no one knew anything about him. He's got the goods!

Just wait..........ESPN just had an invite tourny.........and John did pretty good I heard. 3 events..........9 Ball, Straight, and One Pocket. Take a guess how he did.........

PoolTableMech,
Whats up?
I was surprised not to see John in Vegas for the Gabriels
tournament. I did see Josh though. I ran into people from all over that I knew. I kept waiting to see Bilbrey. For a while I ran into him in all points from north to south.

John seems to have made the next level and might have skipped
one to the upper tier. To make it back through a 14.1 event after losing the first round is incredible.

I thought he was coming out here for the New years tournament
in Riverside but I guess not. How did he do in the ESPN deal.
I heard he got an invite to the next 7 ball challenge and that
someone talked to him about a sponsorship deal.
Later man

I seriously wouldn't be surprised if he won all three. When I first posted this I didn't know the outcome of his match but now it seems fitting as he won with a very impressive run through the B side. Hope to be able to watch him play soon.

He got 2nd in the 9 ball, 1st in the Straight Pool, and 2nd in the One Pocket. It was an Invitation Tourny for ESPN. Just the top players.....not sure who all ways there but............John beat Parica yet once again. Seems like John has his number. I use to play back when Will Bilbry was coming up .........we played close, then he jumped like 5 balls.......and never looked back. I believe John would beat Will though..........John seems to have a huge heart.

Yeah Wils game jumped quite a bit. He is real solid.
I havent heard much about him lately.
John would beat him in every game I believe.
Not that Wil couldnt win some but John is the better player.
Glad to here John is doing well.

Pardon my ignorance but they used to talk
about Little John & Big John on this forum.
Is Schmidt either 1 of those guys? If so ,
he must have made a big leap.
