Joint Protectors - Jerico Stinger

I am new to the site, so if this is the wrong spot, please point me in the right direction.

I just purchased a Jerico Stinger, and was wondering if any one knew where I could get joint protectors for it? I am not sure what type of joint that the cue has.

The Predator uni-loc nor the radial uni-loc protectors work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I talked to Jerry Powers about 3 weeks ago about this. He said he was having about 5,000 sets of delrin (sp?) protectors made for the Stinger and that they would be available soon. I also talked to a couple of cuemakers about making some custom jp's, but they referred me back to Jerry Powers.

Rayjay, if you hear any update on the sale date or place please pass it my way.

I was wondering about custom jp's myself. I am certainly not an expert on cues, but the joints on the stinger are different from any others that I've seen. I am stilll having a hard time finding custom uni-loc jp's for the P2 10th anniversary model.
