josephcustomcues?

Anyone ever heard of josephcustomcues? No malice intent, however , he has a cue on ebay, i can't seem to find out anything about him. He claims he has cues in the bluebook of cues, but i can't find them. i also ask him about what type of taper he uses, and his reply was that they weren't like that of a predator, lol
The cue he has posted looks nice from the pics, but, sometimes pictures don't always tell the story.
Any information about him or his credibility would be greatly appreciated

I think the fact he claims to be in the Blue Book, yet you cannot find him says all you need to know.......Maybe if he said where at in the blue book it would help,,,,a little
 
Joseph Franke is from New York as is the seller/maker on EBay.
Joseph Franke is also in the Blue Book.

Leee, you may be closer than the others His ebay id is josephcustomcues, however he's reluctant to tell me anymore. He has a titlist conversion on ebay that sounds and looks interesting, however, i want to research him before i jump to make a purchase. He has in his listing no returns and no one i know,
has ever heard of josephcustomcues, maybe he is one and the same just doesn't have a partner anymore. i was hoping someone here knew him and could vouch for his reputation as a cuemaker
He is from Ny at least that's what's in in listing id

I've heard of him...but have no experience with his cues. I believe he was a member of AZB at one point in time. This is the guy I'm thinking of (and he has been banned from the boards): http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=200958&highlight=Joseph+Full+Splice

From what I can remember, he "specializes" in full-splice cues. A lot of Titlist style cues from what his track history shows. Guess he moved on to e-bay after he got thrown out of here. Not a clue as to why...but you can probably find out, if you care enough to dig around.

I seem to recall that there were a couple at SBE a year or two ago. I looked one over, but that was the beginning and end of it. It looked nice, but that's about all I can offer up.
