So I know they use a Radial pin but if I go out and purchase a radial predator shaft will it work? Oh yes and I am looking for an Orig 314 if anyone has one or any blanks let me know! Thanks in advance!

I don't know what pin Josey uses but KJ has stated that he has a number of 314-1 blanks as he bought them up when they went to the 314-2s.

For the record, I am no longer offering Gen.1 partials other than for the shafts that I have already been commissioned to build. What I have left will be used on my own cues and should be gone by spring. Thank You, KJ

Have you spoken to Keith? I know he does make the Predator shafts to fit his cues, and the rings would be made to match the rings in the butt of yours. I would definitely suggest contacting him first, as his Radials are fit to very tight tolerances. Going aftermarket, they may not fit, or fit as tightly as Keith's shafts are known for. 'Tis but a suggestion.
