Joss cue I am selling for a friend, cue hits real nice. Will have specs up soon, (finally ordered a scale and caliper ). Either way not sure on the model number, no serial number, looked through every single cue in the archived cues and couldnt find a match, called Joss and was told he couldnt help me, so if somebody on here might have more information about the model number or what not I would appreciate it. Owner of the cue does not remember any model numbers however he did purchase it about 10 years ago for about $2000. He is asking $1000obo, cue is in mint condition comes with 2 shafts.

In '95 and 96 Joss -used that logo. In '97 they went to the serial number on the joint. Your cue is an upper level A model from 96. I checked all 95's where they began using alot of the torquise inlays, but no luck. I do know that in 96 the A28 was $1995.00. It was the only cue from that year even near the price you stated. Definately a 96. Probably model A28. Nice older cue and hope this helps...

Not that I want to be rude...or to bash you...but those tips doesn't look like Moori tips to me. I can also see a crack in one of the shaft collars. Is it there or it's just the light?

no crack in anything, as far as the tips the old man im helping sell these said all he ever used are moori's and thats what he has on his cues. they might be old moori's or they might not be, i just posted these based on what he told me.

Yeah it's not a crack. Notice what appears to be the same "defect" in both the shaft collars in the exact same place in the picture. It's just the way the light was hitting collar in the picture.

As far as tips go, maybe Chandivert's....but it's a rare-ish cue and tips can be easily changed.
