Joss Cue Indentification

Saw a Joss Cue for sale. It did have the logo and serial number on the steel joint which started out straight but the last 2 numbers just isn't aligned.

It does have a Joss Bumper.

But it did not have a logo at the Butt Cap.

pics here to anyone who can tell me if its actually a Joss and what kind of money should i look to spend to buy this cue.

I have that exact same model. I contacted Dan Janes and he identified it as a 2002 model #23, or 02-23. As to value I gladly gave $600 for the cue with 1 original shaft and 1 Tiger X shaft. Mine is in 95+% condition.
