Since when does that matter to Chinese manufacturers? They don't respect copyrights or patents most of the time.

For OP - prety sure you can find them on Temu Shop and the like for around $100 new. Haven't seen one so I can't speak to quality.

I'm guessing it at least helps them avoid getting delisted by platforms like Amazon

Some of us had a laugh, but what are you looking for in a cue? If price is your first consideration, check out a Viking cue. If you want a little more design, you could get a used Joss. Just a couple of ideas to start with since laughter alone won’t get you closer to a decent cue to play with.

Maybe. I've seen some of the fake Predator stuff first hand and it's not terrible. The BK Rush knock-off breaks really well for what it is.
