Your best bet is ebay unless you have a local buyer, if its in good shape and straight I would expect between 100 to 200, in all honesty the cue market is soft right now and nothing is bringing as much as it should.
Those 80's Joss are great hitting cues and personally I think they are worth more than they bring but it is what it is.
