This looks like an older joss cue to me...just by the block lettering, no bridge logo, and no serial joint. Also considering the large white butt cap. The rubber bumper looks brown...which might also signify it is well aged. Most joss cues in the late 80's and through 90's had a smaller butt cap, with a different joss logo (with a bridge hand).
I say jump on this for 180, as long as it is relatively straight and doesn't clank when hit. I love joss cues....and while the block lettering has come back, it was popular for joss to do in early 80's...with no serial number.
