Stephen Janes sent me an update about this model along with a catalog image and a price list. This was in a 1985 Brochure (attached) and identified as the Model 12. These were also made for Nick. There were not many made. It was VERY time consuming, and it was only Danny and Stephen making these at that time.

After reviewing this brochure I also remember that I owned a Model 10 years ago .It had a cool provenance. I'll see if I can find the post.

I picked up a model 10 years ago. Likely 2010 timeframe. I still have it.

I spoke to Steve about this cue. For those interested Steve can, and will make a Model 10 if you'd like to order it. He said, "Funny, that was one of the first models that I designed that became part of a brochure. Definitely in a place long ago, and far, far away."
