Joss shaft compared to Schon shaft

I'm trying some experiments with my Joss shaft on my Schon cue (really trying to compare tip to tip) and wondering how close in construction are the two shafts. Does anyone know the taper specs, etc. on each factory shaft. That would be 13mm size. Before I order a Schon shaft with a Triangle tip, I'm trying to do a comparison, but if the shaft and ferrule are significantly different then my test are useless.
