Might be the wrong forum but I just wanted to give a shout out to Dan Janes at Joss cues. What a gentleman. He is the owner of Joss cues. I have called Joss 3 times and he answers the phone himself. My player is a Joss and I recently got an OB 2 plus as an extra shaft for my player and just couldn't get used to the taper so I called Joss to get a price on an exact duplicate to my players shaft. I told Dan how many millimeters and what tip I wanted. He asked me to email him the information which I did and he got back to me with a quote. I called him back and gave my credit card to him over the phone. To make a long story short, I had my new shaft in 5 days. What a class act they are at Joss given the state of most customer service these days.
