I watched the auction until end, it ended regularly for 2600 USD, so what is the problem??

It ended at 130am I think, well I checked it the next morning in My eBay and I could not find it anywhere. I guess the person who won it claimed he never bid on it so eBay cancelled the complete sale/auction (even though it had completed) and I had to rebuild it from scratch. The automated response I got from ebay said the guys account was accessed without his permission and they were working to restore his account. Also they said in the future there will be a way to relist the item.
They really need to clean ebay and paypal up and protect the honest people on that site. Ticks me off that I wasted my time listing it the first time which resulted in no sale. They also said I should get my listing fees refunded within 7 days and if not send them an email and they will address it. So now its my job to make sure they refund the money and if they dont go through there crappy "Contact Us" process.
You cant call them, they claim it is better to do this via email which will give you better service. I think it is BS and they just dont want people calling everytime they get screwed because they would need an army of people to field the calls......Ok Im done ranting now.

I just received the cue in the mail today and it's everything Gary said it would be. Gary was a pleasure to do business with: great communication; tracking #s; received a day early; ans as described. I would not hesitate to do business w/Gary again.
