Josswest Refinish?

I have just recently purchased an old Josswest. I want to have it refinished and a couple new shafts built for the cue. It has the original cortland wrap. Who would be a good person to do this? Any recommendations? Thanks

I sent my JW to Scott at Proficient Billiards and was happy with the finish. I have never played with a shaft made by Scott so I can't give any opinion there.

I would think finding a cuemaker who could make you the shafts (especially since quality of woods used, cost and tapers are so different) you want would be the tough part.
